IronClad ID Wallet Terms of Use
Last updated: July 25, 2026 · Product of CLINIFORGE
These Terms explain the rules for using IronClad ID Wallet on iOS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS application IronClad ID Wallet (“the App”), published by CLINIFORGE / CliniForge Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “the Developer”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and App Store terms, which apply in addition to these Terms. Where these Terms and Apple’s terms conflict on Apple’s distribution or payment platform, Apple’s terms control for those topics.
2. The App
IronClad ID Wallet is an offline-first document vault for iPhone. You can store document photos, fields, notes, barcodes, and related metadata on your device. The App does not require an account with us and does not sync your vault to servers we operate.
Optional features may include local authentication (PIN and Face ID / Touch ID), local expiry reminders, camera or Photos import for documents you choose, encrypted backups you create to a folder you select, and sharing via Apple’s share sheet to destinations you choose.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Rules.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, sell, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or Apple’s terms. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or to store content you do not have the right to possess.
4. Purchases
The App may be offered with a free tier and an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional capacity or features (for example a higher document limit). There is no subscription for IronClad ID Wallet.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing shown in the App is provided by StoreKit and may vary by storefront. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Restore Purchases is available in the App for eligible App Store purchases on your Apple ID.
5. Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you add to the App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and sensitivity of that content, and for deciding what to store, reveal, share, or export.
Because the vault is local-first, you are also responsible for device security (passcode, biometrics, lost-device protections), for remembering your App PIN, and for creating and safeguarding any encrypted backup you choose to make. We cannot recover a forgotten PIN or a lost backup password, and we cannot restore vault data from our servers because we do not host your vault.
6. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the IronClad ID Wallet Privacy Policy at cliniforge.uk/privacy/ironcladwallet. In short: we do not operate a cloud vault for the App, and we do not sell your document data.
7. Backups, sharing, and third-party services
If you create a backup, the file is written to a location you select (for example On My iPhone or iCloud Drive). Encrypted backups use a password you set. We never receive those files unless you choose to send them to us for support.
If you share content, it leaves the device only through Apple’s share sheet or other system interfaces you initiate. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Optional use of Apple services (App Store billing, iCloud Drive for a backup folder you choose, Face ID / Touch ID, local notifications) is under Apple’s terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its security features, or use it to violate applicable law. The App is a personal document organiser; it is not a government identity credential and does not replace official documents.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss. You should keep independent backups of important documents.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App unlock in the twelve months before the claim (or £0 if you use only the free tier), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may discontinue or change the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
