Common topics
Forgot PIN
For your security, PINs cannot be recovered by us. Restore from an encrypted backup if you have one, or reinstall the app (local data will be lost).
Face ID / Touch ID
Enable or disable biometrics in Settings inside the app. You can always unlock with your PIN.
Backups
Create an encrypted backup from Settings → Backup & Restore. Use a 12+ character password and store the file somewhere safe. We never receive your backup unless you email it for support.
Camera / Photos
Used only to scan or import documents on your device. Nothing is uploaded to CLINIFORGE.
Purchases
The optional unlock is a one-time App Store purchase (no subscription). Use Restore Purchases in the paywall or Settings if you reinstall or change devices with the same Apple ID.
